The American Red Cross needs your help! Despite our efforts to ensure a sufficient blood supply, the American Red Cross is experiencing a critical blood shortage due to a decrease in donations this winter. Donors are encouraged to donate as soon as possible, and there is a special need for type O and type B blood donors. You can help. If you are eligible to donate please schedule an appointment or walk in during operating hours at the Durham, NC Blood Center. If you are not eligible or have donated recently-please accept my apologies and help spread the word.
