Not long ago, Julie told me she wanted to apply for a small business grant and passed this idea around to all the hosts on my radio station. We figured there was nothing to lose, especially if she was going to take care of the application process.
So, Julie got busy, Marilyn made sure all the “i” were dotted, Debby made a nifty little ”how to” vote video and Cindy was our cheering gallery. I gave Julie all the information about our dream for improving the broadcasting capability and we were set in time for the deadline.
Who knows, maybe one day more InSide919 members will become show hosts or do a guest interview about your works, products and services on the radio station?

Now its up to our friends to let us know if they believe having a super independent alternative radio station in the local area would be a good idea. With your vote, we simply have the opportunity to get the proposal reviewed. Realistically, with many thousands of entries, we have a slim chance of winning it big. But, you never know who’s pulling the strings up there in heaven.
