It’s shaping up to be a banner year for Greg Lewis and his company Catering By Design in Cary, North Carolina. Catering By Design has been selected for two 2012 Pinnacle Business Awards by the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
On May 22, 2012, at an awards luncheon held at the Raleigh Convention Center, Lewis will receive the prestigious First Citizens Bank Exceptional Customer Experience Award, and he and his company will be counted among an elite group of area companies to receive the Steady Growth and Profitability Award.

The First Citizens Bank Exceptional Customer Experience Award recognizes those businesses that share in the belief that delivering a great customer experience is paramount to a company’s success. In addition to highlighting the efforts of a small to medium-sized business that provides great customer service, it also honors a company’s ability to go above and beyond in establishing an exceptional customer experience at every point of contact, throughout the organization. Businesses must demonstrate innovative customer-focused ideas and strategies that go beyond their customers’ expectations and provide an overall exceptional customer experience.
For over 25 years, the GRCC has recognized the best of the best in the Triangle business world through the Pinnacle Business Awards. The award winners were determined by a panel of community and business leaders selected by the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
